Job Description:

• Production work involving the preparation of sandwiches and catering dishes,

• Procuring raw materials and packaging as instructed by the supervisor and ensuring their efficient use,

• Receiving, inspecting, and storing goods and ingredients in accordance with HACCP procedures,

• Maintaining the hygiene of the workspace and the equipment handled,

• Filling out dispatch notes for goods released for distribution (to drivers) as instructed,

• Completing necessary daily orders, mandatory records required by HACCP procedures, etc., as instructed,

• Preparing auxiliary materials and supplies for making various types of sandwiches and catering dishes,

• Producing various types of bread, pastries, and other products in accordance with technological procedures, instructions, and received orders,

• Operating machinery and monitoring its performance during production,

• Ensuring the proper shaping and decoration of products, as well as product quality,

• Adhering to HACCP procedures, the code of conduct, and general company policies, rules, and procedures,

• Preparing and making desserts, cakes, and creams,

• Preparing semi-finished products used in catering services,

• Performing other tasks in the production facility as instructed by immediate supervisors. Drag
