Job Description and Work Tasks:
- Prepares and processes food according to defined daily needs, on the orders of the Head Chef, guest orders, and in accordance with the instructions provided by the superior,
- Uses only high-quality, correct and fresh food in the preparation of meals,
- Performs all tasks related to maintenance and work in the kitchen,
- Handles and washes dishes and cutlery,
- Maintains the hygiene of equipment, devices and dishwashing facilities and other rooms assigned to her by the Branch Manager and the Head Chef (staff rest rooms, material storage, etc.),
- Keeps records of cleaning equipment and rooms based on the daily and periodic cleaning plan,
- Keeps track of the consumption of hygiene products and informs the Business Unit Manager,
- Maintains the hygiene of guest and staff toilets,
- Assists in receiving and storing consumables and raw materials,
- Assists with inventories of raw materials and consumables as needed.
What we expect from you:
- Vocational training SSS (IV degree);
- Work experience of 1 year in the same and similar jobs;
