The Fine Food Loyalty app is available for free download from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. The app can be installed on all mobile devices with Android 8.0 or higher, as well as Apple devices with iOS 12.4 or higher.
We want to reward you as a loyal guest and user of Fine Food services by letting you collect points through your purchases. For every 1.00 KM spent on products from our bakery selection, you earn 10 points, while for the same amount spent in the restaurant or on restaurant products, you earn 5 points. The more points you collect, the more free Fine Food products you’ll be able to redeem.
Download our Fine Food Loyalty app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, register using your name and email address, and you can also enter your phone number and date of birth to unlock additional benefits. We recommend watching the short instruction video at the provided LINK.
We collect users’ personal data only for the functional operation of the app, our content, and services, and for the execution of the relationship between the customer and Fine Food d.o.o., as the owner of the Loyalty app. An exception applies when consent has been given, and data processing is carried out in accordance with laws and regulations. Other data is processed if you have registered with your login details. Such data includes:
- Installation ID
- Pseudonymized ID
- App behavior, e.g., app start or stop
- User behavior, e.g., page visits, including clicks and push notifications.
When shopping at the bakery or restaurant, simply show/scan your user code.
When creating a user profile, users can earn additional free points as follows:
- Registration with all personal details (section 2.3) 50 points
- Newsletter subscription 20 points
- App feedback/review 10 points
- App download via QR code in-store 10 points
Users who have collected points through previous purchases can redeem them for specific products from the Loyalty catalog free of charge.
The minimum purchase amount to earn points is 2.00 KM for bakery purchases and 10.00 KM for restaurant purchases.
You can view your account balance and progress within the app under the "My Coupons" section. Additionally, we send notifications when you win a reward or when certain products are on promotion.

To redeem rewards at the bakery or restaurant, simply show/scan your user code to the sales team. To redeem rewards via the app, ensure you are logged in with your Fine Food Loyalty username and password. Add items to your cart and before checkout, select the reward you wish to use.
Points will appear on your account a few minutes after the purchase.
Fine Food Loyalty is now available in all Fine Food locations. You can find store locations within the "Fine Food Loyalty" app.
Although we hope you won’t want to leave us, if you decide for any reason to stop participating in the FINE FOOD LOYALTY program, please contact us and we will remove you from our loyalty program and email list.
If you no longer wish to receive email notifications or want to change the frequency of notifications, simply update your settings in the "Notification Settings" section within the app.
Your phone number is not required to use the app or the membership program, but it allows us to contact you when redeeming rewards. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
Your date of birth is not required to use the app or the program, but we would love to send you a birthday reward! Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
Unfortunately, you cannot change your date of birth after registration, but you can contact us and we will update it in the app.
The Fine Food Loyalty program requires guests to register with a unique, valid email address. This helps ensure that your visits are properly recorded and increases your chances of earning rewards.
The Fine Food Loyalty registration system requires a unique email address for each user.
To update your address, email, or other account details, visit the profile section in the app.
You may have accidentally opted out of receiving notifications from us or changed your communication preferences. Check your notification settings in your account. If you still have issues, cannot access your account, or opted out, you can contact us to ensure we have your correct email address.
