Job Description:

• Takes care of products, their reception, sorting during reception, adequate storage, maintenance and display of goods,
• Takes care of the thermal processing of the defined assortment, is responsible for the quality and proper display of products in accordance with the defined instructions for the preparation and display of products,
• Makes necessary corrections during thermal processing or deviations from the defined instructions, if they are necessary in order to obtain a better quality of the final product,
• Performs sales of goods in the business facility, business communication with customers, adhering to the appropriate code of business conduct and applying basic sales skills and principles,
• Directly serves the customer, makes recommendations, encourages additional purchases and assists in making the final purchase decision,
• In the absence of the manager, records and, if circumstances permit, resolves any complaints, criticisms or objections from customers,
• Responsible for the adequate display of products in the display case according to the predetermined planogram, the hygiene of his/her workspace (work counter, display case) and the replenishment of all products within the defined assortment at the branch level,
• Maintains hygiene of the facility, display cases, equipment, etc.,
• Pays for products, packages products and must issue invoices first for each order,
• Is responsible for monitoring product expiration dates, declarations, and record lists,
• Actively participates in implementing all sales activities that lead to fulfilling the monthly sales plan, including special offers, daily or weekly promotions, etc.

What we expect from you:

• SSS/VŠS;
• Minimum of one year of experience;
• Responsibility, communicativeness, kindness in working with customers;
• Willingness to work in a team;
• Knowledge of one foreign language is desirable
