Job Description:

• Performing the duties listed below in the "Cafe Bakery Restaurant" format of the business unit, which implies an expanded range of products in the hospitality industry, and increased frequency of consumers;
• Providing guests with quality and fast service with food and drinks;
• Taking care of the needs and wishes of guests and focusing on guest satisfaction;
• Good communication and cooperation with the rest of the staff within the sales facility;
• Taking orders from guests and advising on the selection of dishes;
• Taking care of the speed of service and delivery of orders;
• Taking care of the hygiene of the service area, equipment, inventory, as well as the entire business unit;
• Setting and clearing tables in the business unit;
• Taking care of supplies and proper storage of food and drinks served;
• Mandatory issuing of invoices for each service and payment for the service after consumption;
• Performing preparatory and final work in the business unit, in accordance with the regulations and instructions at the Company level;
• Successfully resolving conflict situations and politely and adequately responding to any complaints from customers;
• Performing other tasks as ordered by the Branch Manager and Branch Manager.

What we expect from you:

• SSS/VŠS;
• Minimum of one year of experience;
• Communicativeness, kindness, neatness, dexterity, focus on guest satisfaction;
• Knowledge of one or more foreign languages ​​is desirable.
